Contract and Terms

Payment, Order Changes & Cancellation
None of our rental equipment has insurance. A signed agreement and payment are required to reserve equipment and services for the event date. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to delivery. Order reductions are limited to 10% of the original order total and must be requested at least 14 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable. If the customer cancels the event for any reason, no refunds will be issued. If poor planning leads to improperly measured areas for placement of rentals resulting in our inability to complete a job, then no refunds will be given. Events may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Unless otherwise specified and paid for, the rental price does not include setup services. Setup is included only for tents, backdrops, balloons, and inflatable bouncers. Setup of all other rental items is optional and subject to an additional fee.

Delivery & Access
Standard delivery pricing includes ground-level residential setup only with clear access to the installation area. Stairs, elevators, slopes, long distances, or restricted access must be disclosed at booking and are subject to a minimum $150 additional delivery fee. Due to safety and weight restrictions, certain equipment, including inflatables exceeding 300 lbs, cannot be transported up stairs or unsafe pathways. If delivery conditions differ from those described at booking or are unsafe for installation, setup may be refused, and no refunds will be issued.

Customer Responsibility for Equipment
Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup, including loss, theft, or damage. Any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will be charged at replacement cost. Customers must ensure the installation area is clean and free of furniture, debris, trash, dirt, mud, or pet waste before arrival. The setup area must be swept or cleared before installation. We do not clean setup areas, and customers are responsible for cleaning or replacement costs if equipment becomes dirty due to site conditions.

Equipment Use & Safety
Adult supervision is required at all times. No food, drinks, shoes, gum, confetti, or foam are allowed in inflatables. Violations may result in a $100 cleaning fee. Water may only be used with equipment specifically designed for water use.

Weather & Outdoor Installations
Outdoor installations may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, including rain or high winds. Balloons, draping, and other outdoor décor installations are temporary and may be affected by sun, wind, or temperature, and cannot be guaranteed once installation is complete.

Tents
Draping includes a maximum of only 1 back wall (High Peak) and 2 side walls. An additional backwall is an additional fee of $100. Planning and measuring is the responsibility of the customer. If poor planning leads to improperly measured areas for placement of tents resulting in our inability to complete a job, then no refunds will be given. Tents will be replaced whenever possible but will be charged additional rental fees and delivery fees. Draped canopies are ideal in little to no wind areas. Wind speeds higher than 10mph will result in the destruction of the draping. We do not recommend draped canopies in areas where wind will exceed 10 mph, as we cannot return to fix moved/misshaped draping.

Liability & Identification
Customer acknowledges that they assume responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment and for any damages or injuries resulting from its use. Ja-Ja Fiesta Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment. The customer signing this agreement must provide valid government-issued identification at the time of contract signing or upon delivery.
