Product Information:
20x40 Tent is ideal for gatherings of 60-80 people. This tent fits 10 Rectangle tables OR 8 Round tables. Includes 2 lights inside of tent. Includes a maximum coverage of 1- Back wall and 2- Long walls (extra back wall $100 additonal). Extension cord not included. Tents are included in the price. Extension cord not included
Planning and measuring is the responsibility of the customer. If poor planning leads to improperly measured areas for placement of tents resulting in our inability to complete a job, then no refunds will be given. Tents will be replaced whenever possible but will be charged additional rental fees and delivery fees. Draped canopies are ideal in little to no wind areas. Wind speeds higher than 10mph will result in the destruction of the draping. We do not recommend draped canopies in areas where wind will exceed 10 mph as we cannot return to fix moved/misshaped draping.
